Individual Therapy

Individual therapy services consist of one-on-one time spent with a therapist where you receive individualized treatment and undivided attention. Sessions typically last 50-55 minutes and vary in terms of what they look like depending on client needs and preferences. Sessions might look like traditional talk therapy where the therapist supports the client in working through and processing what is on the client’s mind or incorporate elements of art, psycho-educational resources, structured activities, play, movement, or breath. 

Individual therapy is for you and we do our best to prioritize your autonomy in deciding how to use our time while staying therapeutically relevant and supportive.
